  • Address: Calle del Divino Vallés, 21, 3º CTIZ, 28045 Madrid, Spain

2. Data we process and for what purpose

We process the data you provide through the contact form, the booking of an introductory call, or communication by email, WhatsApp, or other messaging channels: name, email address, telephone number, and any information you choose to include in your message.

Purposes: to respond to your enquiry; to manage bookings and the service relationship; to send you materials or resources directly connected to a service you have engaged; and to comply with legal obligations, including invoicing and tax record-keeping.

We do not collect special category data (including health data) through this website. Please do not include clinical, health, or other sensitive personal information in the contact forms or in your first messages. Any such information shared in the course of an established therapeutic relationship is handled separately under the confidentiality terms of that relationship and is not stored on this website.

3. Legal basis

  • Your consent, when you send us an enquiry or subscribe to communications (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

  • The taking of pre-contractual steps and the performance of the service you request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

  • Compliance with legal obligations, in particular tax and accounting obligations (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).

4. Recipients and data processors

To provide these services we rely on suppliers acting as data processors:

  • Web hosting: Squarespace, Inc.

  • Booking system: Cal.com

  • Video calls and email: Google Meet / Zoom

  • Messaging: WhatsApp (Meta), where you choose to contact us by that channel

  • Payment processor: Stripe

Some of these providers are established outside the European Economic Area, principally in the United States. In those cases, transfers are made on the basis of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified under it, or otherwise on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, together with supplementary measures where appropriate.

5. Retention

We keep your data for as long as the service relationship lasts and, subsequently, for the periods required by law — in particular the six-year retention period for accounting and invoicing records under the Spanish Commercial Code, and four years for tax purposes. If your enquiry does not result in a service being engaged, we delete it once it has been dealt with.

6. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and portability, and withdraw any consent given, by writing to info@dantewadley.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

If you believe the processing does not comply with data protection law, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. Communications by WhatsApp and email are subject to the security characteristics of those platforms, which are outside our control.
